With only 3 releases in the streets, Cornuta recordings is one of our favourite labels from Spain.  They spread the word of the black  house music movement with a personal touch full of emotional vibes.  W&p Hgg aka Hugo Giner is the owner of the label and sign all the releases until the date.  His contribution to Deep Explorer are a couple of tracks that really represent what his label need use to express.  The both  tracks ( called “Space part II” and “Soulmarv”  combines soulful rhodes  with  dynamics beatbox rhythms  and a special use of the voices that reminds some records of Sade or Marvin Gaye, in fact the second track it’s his special tribute to the famous singer of Motown.
In the B side of this duet-label release  we can find two tracks that was edited at the beginning of the year in FerrisPark by Dubbyman but only in a digital way. So..here is the vinyl version for all the vinyl collectors that asking for it in plastic.
If you can´t listened  in the past  you must know that “Rise of the equality (Extended mix)” and his dub version “Rise of equality (Piano take beats) are a total statement of principles about the meaning of groove.  Speech style under a slowhouse
rhythm with hypnotic keys… The Piano version  is an instrumental take with other kind of hypnosis that  increment the mix…

PULSHAR – Brotherhood Remixed
Sven Weisemann is only twenty-three years old, but already he’s carved out a niche which is unmistakably his own. As a producer, his music draws deeply
on the legacy of Chicago and Detroit, yet somehow manages to end up sounding as fresh as a daisy. A self-taught musician who plays piano, acoustic guitar
and percussion, Weisemann also composes jazz and soundtracks – traditions which also influence his house records no doubt, many of which you can find
on new German labels such as Liebe Detail, Styrax Leaves and especially Mojuba, where Weisemann’s music slots together with friends Nick Solé and
Oracy to form a distinct, and highly collectible, label sound.

Berlin newcomer Sven Weisemann takes on the “Nospheratu” remix; it’s proper deep house music that is half atmosphere and half beats. We can find a few
parallels with the “Nospheratu” reduction by Echospace, the deep vibes treatment and use of the subtle conga which now becomes the key of the
track. This is dubbed out house music at its best.

The Soultourist boat is crewed by Tobi Foster, Ron Shiller, Philippe Wüger (Thabo), and Pascal Dubach (Big Clap) – however, the rowing is done in
shifts. Soultourist’s first 12″ was released on Jazzanova’s renowned label Sonar Kollektiv. The latest two singles were released on their own label Drumpoet
Community, which was founded in 2006 by Alex Dallas, Ron Shiller & Tobi Foster, and is the home of artists such as Quarion, Manuel Tur & Dplay,
Kawabata and The Lost Men.

“Dub by the Rriver” is the track re-dubbed by Soultourist. Deep house with a certain dubby tech flavour, re-built for more dance-floor orientated action.

Dubbyman & Above Smoke are the heads of Deep Explorer Music, a label that has become a cult for all deep house lovers after having splendid releases
and remixes by Nick Sole , Juju & Jordash, Mick Huckaby, Lady Blacktronika, Sasha Dive…

“Mr Money Man” finds its pace between dub and deep, beauty and beast, good and evil. This remix becomes essential to be played out if you want the
girls on the floor to go nutts!!
